Best gym I’ve ever been to! The vibe and atmosphere here is superb and highly motivating. The instructors are friendly, approachable, and professional pushing us to do our best and give it our all in every session.

I can honestly say Day One is heads and shoulders above any gym I have ever been a member of. The coaches are some of the most approachable, knowledgeable and motivational trainers I have come across.

There’s something for everyone regardless of their fitness level and it’s a super comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

I’ve never had so much fun at the gym! The music is great, the workouts are tough but fun and the trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve tried lots of gyms and this is the best one by far. I’ve been able to shift the baby weight and I’ve never been so strong and fit! Totally addicted to how strong I’m getting and how much fun I’m having doing it! Highly recommend!
